AfterWork Yoga & Sauna Session
We are thrilled to announce that we are prolonging our Yoga + Sauna collaboration, this time with a smooth AfterWork Yoga session followed by free sauna access for an hour and a half.
Bring your work colleagues, friends and acquaintances for a full body experience and feel your stress melt away through breath, movement and sweat.
This is a truly unique experience that will give you an opportunity to connect to your body, your breath and do a mind, body, spirit deep cleanse.
The yoga will take place at Langhuset.

Velkommen til gratis Barseltreff & Mammasirkel på Holtet, Nordstrand onsdag 15.januar 11:30-12:30.
Sunniva & Thulasi inviterer til et lavterskel treff for nybakte mammaer der du kan bli kjent med andre mammaer i området, og der du vil få enkle tips til hvordan du kan komme i gang med yoga og trening etter fødsel og graviditet.
Dette er et utformelt treff med en spesiell oppfordring til deg som kanskje ikke kommer deg ut så mye og kjenner at det kunne vært fint å treffe noen i samme situasjon.

We’ll invite in several fresh, cleansing breaths to help you ‘spring clean’ the hard to reach corners of your internal abode and release any old, stagnant air (or lingering emotions) with each exhale. A way to dust off any last remnants of Winter, fully embody Spring and welcome a felt sense of renewal.
We’ll begin class in circle with an introduction to the breath and a communal conversation around the theme before diving into the main ingredient, the breath. We’ll close our time together in circle with tea, chocolate and reflection.

Restorative & Nidra | Resting into the Spring Body med Michelle Baker
Although Spring might be a welcomed season for many, not everyone has an smooth time transitioning into the brighter, windier, more ambitious energy the season brings.
This session is intended to be a rejuvenating and restful experience blending the therapeutic modalities of restorative yoga, soothing pranayama practices and yoga Nidra to feel and rest into your internal season of Spring and support your body’s response to the change of season.
During this class you will be thoughtfully guided through a restorative sequence and offered the chance to completely surrender and rest into the trusted support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
My intention for this extended two-hour class is that you leave our time together feeling held, cared for and deeply nourished from within.
