Breathwork | Spring Cleaning, a felt sense of renewal med Michelle Baker
We’ll invite in several fresh, cleansing breaths to help you ‘spring clean’ the hard to reach corners of your internal abode and release any old, stagnant air (or lingering emotions) with each exhale. A way to dust off any last remnants of Winter, fully embody Spring and welcome a felt sense of renewal.
We’ll begin class in circle with an introduction to the breath and a communal conversation around the theme before diving into the main ingredient, the breath. We’ll close our time together in circle with tea, chocolate and reflection.

Restorative & Nidra | Resting into the Spring Body med Michelle Baker
Although Spring might be a welcomed season for many, not everyone has an smooth time transitioning into the brighter, windier, more ambitious energy the season brings.
This session is intended to be a rejuvenating and restful experience blending the therapeutic modalities of restorative yoga, soothing pranayama practices and yoga Nidra to feel and rest into your internal season of Spring and support your body’s response to the change of season.
During this class you will be thoughtfully guided through a restorative sequence and offered the chance to completely surrender and rest into the trusted support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
My intention for this extended two-hour class is that you leave our time together feeling held, cared for and deeply nourished from within.

Yin & Pranayama | Nourishing& Restoring the Spring Organs med Michelle Baker
With the season of Spring as our theme, we’ll spend time nourishing and care taking the liver, gallbladder, muscles and connective tissue.
The Liver and Gallbladder are tasked with decision making, detoxification, and expansion or growth. A balanced Liver makes for a calmer temperament, stronger tendons, and clear vision. A thriving and healthy Gallbladder makes for bravery.
