Hatha Yoga

A class focusing on being present in your own body and mind.

We follow a classic Hatha Yoga setup starting with breath (Pranayama) and meditation followed by standing, sitting and lying asanas, as well as inversions and savasana.

The focus is on one position at a time, and the class is instructed so that you can adapt the intensity to your own daily schedule and needs. By focusing on one position at a time, we get the opportunity to go deeper into both position and the mind.


The class is suitable for all levels.
